Job Summary
The Senior Concessions Manager leads food and beverage operations for Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth games, concerts, and Delta Center events. This role oversees team performance, event execution, financial controls, safety, and guest service.
Responsibilities
  • Model Levy's Family Values: Nice, Innovative, Passionate, and Inclusive.
  • Lead Concessions operations and event readiness.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop team members.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate event expectations.
  • Ensure stands, bars, and portables are staffed, stocked, clean, and ready.
  • Monitor service and resolve operational or guest concerns.
  • Manage POS, cash controls, inventory, product transfers, waste, and loss prevention.
  • Monitor labor, product usage, costs, and overall performance.
  • Oversee NPO groups and supplemental staffing.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, PCI, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee payroll, gratuities, incident reporting, and month-end inventory.
  • Partner with Culinary, Premium, Warehouse, HR, Finance, and venue leadership.
  • Support training and development of future leaders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of food and beverage leadership experience.
  • High-volume concessions, stadium, arena, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labor, inventory, cash controls, and cost management.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Flexible availability for games, concerts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Required Utah food-safety and alcohol-service certifications.
