Job Type: Full-Time (Salary plus Bonus Opportunities)
Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the store while driving sales performance, developing team members, and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about mentoring others and building a strong team culture.
The Store Manager ensures that all operational, financial, and customer service goals are met while aligning the team with the company's mission of helping customers safely and affordably own the tires and wheels they need.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and store performance goals
  • Train employees on sales techniques, customer service expectations, and operational procedures
  • Foster a positive, goal-oriented, and team-focused work environment
  • Conduct performance coaching and support team member development

Sales & Customer Experience
  • Drive store sales and profitability by leading the team to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Ensure every customer receives exceptional service from initial contact through final delivery
  • Build long-term customer relationships and promote customer loyalty
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service standards

Operations Management
  • Oversee all daily store operations, including sales, service, collections, and administrative functions
