Regional Operations Manager

Houston, Texas

$148,300 - $215,000 Base + 25% STIP + 20% LTIP


A Regional Manager / Regional Operations Manager / Branch Manager is required for a multi-branch operations leadership role supporting the Permian region, with a focus on West Texas. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced natural gas service leader with a strong background in high-speed gas compression equipment, branch performance, customer service and operational strategy.


The Regional Manager will take responsibility for field operations across multiple branches, ensuring resources, people, equipment and processes are aligned to deliver safe, high-quality service while meeting regional business objectives. The role is based from Houston and includes approximately 20% travel across the region.

The Regional Manager / Regional Operations Manager / Branch Manager Role:

  • Manage field operations across multiple branches supporting the Permian region.
  • Drive branch utilisation, resource planning, service quality and operational performance.

  • Experience as a Regional Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager or similar multi-site operations leadership role.
  • Experience with gas compression equipment.
  • 5+ years’ management experience in the natural gas service industry.
  • Strong understanding of field operations, branch utilisation, customer service and regional strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Ability to travel across the region approximately 20% of the time.
