An enterprise financial services organization in Virginia is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Vienna. This role will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives through the full project lifecycle, with a focus on delivery, stakeholder coordination, and execution against business objectives.


About the Opportunity:




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite)




Responsibilities:




  • Lead large-scale enterprise projects from planning through implementation and transition to operations




  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies




  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, procurement, and vendors to define requirements and drive delivery




  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide clear stakeholder communications and status reporting




  • Manage vendor contracts, project documentation, quality assurance, and change control in alignment with organizational standards




Qualifications:




  • 10+ years of enterprise project management experience leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience




  • Experience managing project budgets, risks, resources, and vendor relationships




  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools




  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and influencing skills
