  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Strong understanding of construction operations including estimating, project management, and field execution
  • Experience scaling operations and implementing systems to support growth
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, change order management, and project risk mitigation
  • Familiarity with Ontario construction practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements

Attributes

  • Operational leader with full ownership of divisional performance and results
  • Strong presence capable of leading managers, project teams, and field operations
  • Strategic thinker able to align operations with growth and market opportunities
  • Decisive problem solver who can address complex operational and financial challenges
  • Clear communicator able to align leadership, operations, and corporate functions
  • Highly organized professional capable of managing multiple divisions and priorities
  • Results-oriented leader focused on profitability, execution, and accountability

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L performance across Coping, Service, and Triumph Exteriors divisions, including revenue growth, margin management, and cost control
  • Develop and execute divisional growth strategies, including expansion into Ottawa and Midland markets and strengthening market position of Triumph Exteriors
  • Oversee project execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining quality standards
  • Establish and enforce consistent operational processes across estimating, project management, and field operations
  • Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Align staffing, labour capacity, and operational resources with project backlog and growth targets
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement structural improvements to support scalable growth
  • Lead and develop division managers and leadership teams, establishing accountability and performance expectations
  • Support recruitment, retention, and development of key operational and leadership roles
  • Oversee contract execution, including review of project scope, risk exposure, and change order management
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and strategic partners
  • Support major bids, strategic pursuits, and business development initiatives
  • Oversee supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure cost competitiveness and reliability
  • Champion safety performance across all divisions, ensuring compliance with company policies and COR standards
  • Provide regular reporting on divisional performance, forecasts, risks, and strategic opportunities to executive leadership
