As the General Manager and Managing Partner, you will have complete operational oversight of this successful restaurant, including its full bar and scratch kitchen. Key Responsibilities

• Assume full P&L responsibility for a $4M+ full-service restaurant, driving revenue and managing costs to ensure sustained profitability.
• Direct all front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional standards in a high-quality, scratch kitchen environment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and superior guest satisfaction.
• Oversee all bar operations, managing inventory, beverage programs, and service standards.
• Champion the guest experience, ensuring every patron receives premium service consistent with a boutique dining concept.
• Manage budgets, inventory controls, and strategic initiatives to meet and exceed company objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with extensive experience in polished, high-volume dining.

• Proven success as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant with annual sales of $4 million or more.
• Expertise in managing operations with a comprehensive bar program and a high-quality, scratch kitchen.
• A strong track record of developing teams and cultivating a positive, performance-driven culture.
• Exceptional financial acumen with the ability to analyze P&L statements and control costs effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational success while consistently delivering an outstanding guest experience.
