Job Summary

Lead the growth and execution of production programs within the Maritime Integrated Systems and Encryption (ISE) business, overseeing lifeโ€‘cycle management, contract execution, and crossโ€‘functional coordination to deliver advanced defense solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of program managers and crossโ€‘functional teams across multiple sites.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance for multiple parallel development, production, and qualification efforts.
  • Develop and monitor financial forecasts and budget performance, including variance analysis.
  • Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, develop and maintain EVM baselines, and track cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with Master Schedulers and planners to develop baseline program plans and resource schedules.
  • Develop work breakdown structures, risk management strategies, and resource plans in collaboration with functional leaders.
  • Perform leadโ€‘time and criticalโ€‘path analysis on multiโ€‘level designs and hardware builds.
  • Facilitate continuous process improvement and provide program performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement, build, and test of complex electronic systems within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Travel up to 10% as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience; or Graduate Degree and 10 years of relevant experience; or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with fixedโ€‘price and costโ€‘plus contracts, including major subcontracts.
  • Expert EVMS knowledge demonstrated on successful production programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead proposal development and capture efforts.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or working toward certification.
Preferred Additional Skills
  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or highly scheduleโ€‘based environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data analysis using graphs and pivot tables, and schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, MS Project, and Cobra.
  • Strong analytical, problemโ€‘solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a crossโ€‘functional environment, facilitating collaboration among engineering, QA, test, and supplyโ€‘chain teams.

In compliance with payโ€‘transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $153,000โ€‘$284,000.
