Position Summary


The Senior Manager of Production leads all PC assembly, testing, quality, and fulfillment operations at IDC Made. This role is responsible for achieving production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and driving continuous improvement across the organization.


Job Responsibilities



  • Lead daily production operations for custom and pre-configured gaming computer assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping.

  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage and develop Production Supervisors, Team Leads, and Assembly Technicians.

  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Serve as the operational leader for IDC Made's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Lead audits, CAPA programs, process documentation, and compliance activities.

  • Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and component availability.


Minimum Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree preferred.



  • 7+ years of production/manufacturing leadership experience.

  • 5+ years managing supervisors and production teams.

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT computer assembly, or technology products preferred.

  • Proven ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance experience.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
