The Manager of Operations in our family plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services within healthcare facilities or organizations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing policies that enhance patient care and organizational performance. The Manager of Operations collaborates closely with clinical and administrative teams to streamline processes, improve service quality, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. By analyzing operational data and leading continuous improvement initiatives, this role drives both short-term and long-term strategic goals. Ultimately, the Manager of Operations ensures that the organization meets its mission to provide high-quality, accessible, and compassionate care to the community it serves.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and multiple departments to ensure integration and growth of acquired practices.
  • Routinely review financial and operational management data to ensure operations are performing to budget and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, costs, and productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making. Identify, develop, and deploy process and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with clinical leaders, administrative teams, and other departments.
  • Optimize schedules and staffing across practice locations in tandem with practice administration
  • Look for ways to improve patient, provider, and staff engagement.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Oversee six (6) or more practices within a defined territory, specifically Long Island and Brooklyn.
