As the senior leader of the operation, the General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business, including field operations, financial performance, workforce development, customer satisfaction, safety, and business growth. This role requires an authentic leader who inspires confidence, develops future leaders, drives operational excellence, and cultivates a culture where accountability, integrity, and performance are fundamental to success.
