Executive Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Waco, Texas location. The ideal candidate is a results-driven hospitality professional with a proven track record in managing unit economics, optimizing throughput, and upholding brand standards. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspects of the restaurant, from business results to team development, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.


Core Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence & Compliance: Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety protocols, and Health Department regulations.
  • Business Oversight & Profitability: Manage the Earnings & Loss (P&L) statement, control expenditures, and optimize labor schedules.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
  • Guest Experience: Resolve guest complaints and analyze feedback to improve service quality.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in QSR.
  • Proficiency in managing P&L, food expenditures, and labor percentages.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification required.
