We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for our Manager in Training (MIT) role. This position offers hands-on experience in restaurant operations, including customer service and kitchen training, to prepare candidates for full-time management. Our goal is to develop future leaders who embody our core values while gaining expertise in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. Candidates must be prepared to work 55-60 hours per week and should be able to lift up to 30 pounds safely.
