2-Quarter Management TrackQuarter 1: Sales Foundation

Earn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Master our in-home sales system
  • Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
  • Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
  • Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic

Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship

Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
  • Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
  • Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
  • Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
  • Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
  • Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
  • Experience selling high-ticket products or services
  • Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
  • Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team
