Position Overview

As an HVAC Project Manager, you will lead multi-family and mixed-use construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires strong coordination with GCs, developers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HVAC projects focused on multi-family and mixed-use developments
  • Serve as primary liaison between General Contractors, developers, and internal teams
  • Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Review plans, specs, and perform quantity take-offs
  • Manage budgets, Schedule of Values, and cost tracking
  • Process RFIs, submittals, and Change Orders
  • Coordinate procurement and equipment scheduling
  • Monitor labor, materials, and subcontractor performance
  • Lead project meetings and resolve issues proactively


Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary $75-95k (depending on experience)

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HVAC experience and 3+ years in project management
  • Strong experience with multi-family and/or mixed-use projects (REQUIRED)
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and controls
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Procore, Trimble, or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
