Job Description

The HSB Assistant General Manager supports daily bakery operations, supervises shift leaders and staff, ensures product quality, and maintains a clean, efficient work environment. This role assists the General Manager with staffing, training, inventory, and customer service to uphold the Hawkins Sweet Bakery standard.

Qualifications
  • Shift Supervision - Support and guide shift leaders and staff

  • Daily Operations - Ensure smooth bakery operations during all shifts

  • Customer Service Oversight - Handle escalated customer concerns professionally

  • Staff Training - Assist with onboarding and coaching new employees

  • Quality Control - Ensure products meet HSB standards for freshness and presentation
