Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic computer skills required, including experience using CMMS/work order management software
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
  • Ability to read basic blueprints, manuals, and work instructions
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to safety

Job Duties:

  • Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records using maintenance software/CMMS systems
  • Respond to and troubleshoot building, equipment, and facility maintenance issues in a timely manner
