To thrive as a General Laborer (Part-time), you need physical stamina, basic math skills, and the ability to follow instructions, usually with a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with hand tools, power equipment, and adherence to safety protocols such as OSHA guidelines is often required. Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in teams help individuals stand out in this role.
