Looking for a hands-on opportunity in a manufacturing environment? This General Labor position offers steady hours and the chance to learn metal fabrication processes while working with a supportive production team.


Position – General Labor

Job Location – Pewaukee, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:00 A.M-3:00 P.M)

Starting Pay – Based on Experience, $19-$22/hour

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – HS Diploma/GED

Required Experience – 1+ year of manufacturing/general labor experience


Job Summary

The General Laborer will support daily operations in a metal fabrication facility by assisting with machine setup, handling materials, and performing basic finishing and packaging tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to grow within a manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of metal fabrication machinery
  • Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products.
  • Measure and inspect materials to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Perform deburring, basic assembly, and packaging of metal products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
