No industry experience? No problem. We provide training for individuals with strong work ethics and backgrounds in construction, farming, manufacturing, landscaping, oilfield, railroad, welding, mechanical work, or other hands-on trades.

What You'll Do
As an Industrial Technician, you'll travel throughout the United States supporting customers in the agriculture, railroad, grain processing, and industrial industries.
Responsibilities include:
  • Clean grain silos, storage bins, and industrial vessels using specialized equipment.
  • Transfer materials using powerful industrial vacuum systems.
  • Remove compacted materials through scraping, shoveling, and vacuum operations.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, pressure washers, and industrial equipment.
  • Work safely in confined spaces and elevated work areas.
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
  • Wear and properly maintain required PPE.
  • Inspect equipment and report job progress to supervisors.
  • Work independently and alongside experienced crews.
  • Occasionally assist with emergency response and industrial cleanup projects.
