Summary
Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing company specializing in the design and production of high-quality architectural and commercial lighting products. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction, they are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labor / Manufacturing Associate to join their production team in North County San Diego.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality work. The ideal candidate will assist with cleaning, washing, drying, and preparing manufactured components for assembly and shipment while supporting overall production operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Wash, clean, dry, and prepare manufactured parts and components for assembly.
  • Handle materials carefully to prevent damage to finished or semi-finished products.
  • Assist production and assembly teams with general labor tasks as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor, workstations, and equipment.
  • Inspect parts for cleanliness, defects, or inconsistencies prior to assembly.
  • Package and stage materials for assembly, shipping, or inventory.
  • Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing protocols at all times.
  • Operate basic hand tools, cleaning equipment, and production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow and production needs.
