Job Opening: Light Assembly Technician - Mobile & Tablet Mounts

 
Mob Armor is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Light Assembly Technician to join our growing team in a full-time position.  In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality mobile phone and tablet mounts using hand tools.  This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

 
  • Assemble mobile phone and tablet mounts according to detailed instructions and diagrams.
  • Utilize various hand tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches (specific tools will be provided and training will be given).
  • Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Meet daily and weekly production targets.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
 
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in light assembly or manufacturing preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate!
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
