Clinical Informaticist- Clinical Informatics
Description:
The position primarily works with the physician practices.
The position will maintain and develop an Electronic Health Record (EHR) for a hospital based information system
The person will work closely with clinical providers in order to help them use the EHR effectively
Individual must demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent time management as it relates to the implementation, support, integration, and ongoing evolution of HRE
Experience/Qualifications:
Preferred 3-5 years of experience in a health care setting
Degree in Nursing with Health IT preferred
General understanding of EHR and clinical information systems
Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient Microsoft Applications
