We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused team member to support front desk operations on a part-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for guests and visitors, helping create a positive and efficient experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, visitors, and callers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication appropriately
  • Assist with reservations, scheduling, and general front desk administrative tasks
  • Provide information about services, policies, and local area resources as needed
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
