We are seeking a licensed electrical leader to shape, lead, and develop this new function within an established organization known for technical excellence and disciplined execution. The Role
The Electrical Division Leader will be responsible for defining the direction, standards, and operating model of the electrical function. Rather than stepping into an existing department, this individual will help design one. Our client is open to different leadership profiles, including: A licensed electrical leader ready to build and lead a division, A senior electrical professional seeking broader responsibility and influence, A leader with an established team or operation who values scale, stability, and alignment. The Role
This role reports to a hands-on operational leader with experience building and running a mechanical contracting business. Core Responsibilities
- Division Structure: Establish the structure and operating framework of the Electrical Division
- Qualifying Agent: Serve as the Qualifying Agent in the State of Georgia
- Standards Definition: Define standards for execution, safety, and quality
- Team Building: Build and guide a high-performing electrical team
- Project Partnership: Partner with mechanical leadership on integrated project delivery
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
- Electrical License: Active Electrical License in Georgia
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading electrical operations, teams, or projects
- Professional Presence: A measured leadership style with strong professional presence
- System Building: Ability to build systems, teams, and standards
- Work Background: Background in commercial or industrial electrical work preferred
Compensation & Performance
- Base Salary: Base salary in the $135,000 to $150,000+ range
