Position Overview

Build Exceptional Projects. Lead High-Performing Teams.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who can successfully manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and project documentation.
  • Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing projects ranging from $1M to $30M+.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
