Senior Project Manager - General Contractor


We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects for the oldest General Contractor in South Carolina. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Projects and other planning tools

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project efficiency

- Utilize Procore and other construction management software to track project progress, documentation, and change orders

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies

- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and executive management

- Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff as needed


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of managing diverse project types

- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Projects, and other project management tools

- Previous field experience preferred
