Financial Manager – Lead Daily Accounting and Financial Operations for CARE-Property Services, Inc.

The Opportunity

You will work directly with the President to completely own the daily accounting operations and financial close process. This role gives you the day-to-day autonomy to lead financial strategies that directly impact company profitability. Your leadership will shape process improvements and guide multiple teams toward efficient, long-term growth.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, financial statements, and budget performance analyses.
  • Implement modern accounting policies, standards, guidelines, and detailed job cost accounting systems.
  • Recommend strategic process adjustments to actively reduce operational costs and enhance corporate revenue.
  • Provide direct management, supervision, and leadership to the bookkeeper and operational teams.
  • Lead the automation of payroll, time tracking, inventory, and equipment control systems.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to ensure accurate financial tracking.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of dedicated accounting or finance experience.
  • Strong proficiency utilizing QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Advanced analytical skills with thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills utilizing Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

  • Prior accounting experience within the inspections or general contracting industries.
  • Demonstrated success in automating manual payroll and inventory tracking workflows.
