Client Details Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects across Connecticut and the Tri-State area. Their portfolio includes corporate interiors, healthcare, education, mixed-use, and commercial developments, and they are known for their collaborative culture, long-term client relationships, and commitment to excellence. Description As a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Stamford, CT, you will: Lead multiple commercial construction projects from inception through completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. Oversee preconstruction planning, procurement, contract administration, and risk management. Coordinate with field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groups to ensure successful project delivery. Review project financials, change orders, cost forecasts, and reporting.
