Job description

Job Title: General Contractor Laborer (Lead Experience Preferred)

Location: Mobile Position (servicing cultivation facilities, dispensaries, and processing plants)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Contractor Laborer with lead experience to support construction, repair, and maintenance projects across our cultivation facilities, dispensaries, and processing sites. This is a mobile role requiring the ability to work independently and with Facilities Manager with minimal oversight while maintaining high-quality standards.

When not actively engaged in project work, this role will support general building maintenance and upkeep across all company locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general construction tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and minor electrical/plumbing work
  • Lead small projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
  • Troubleshoot and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct routine building maintenance and preventative upkeep
  • Travel between cultivation sites, dispensaries, and processing facilities as needed
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and local regulations
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition
  • Communicate project updates and material needs to management

Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of construction or general contracting experience (preferred)
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of general construction practices and building systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
  • Drug and Alcohol free
