Our reputation is built on trust, integrity, and developing people who want longterm careers in construction.

Youโ€™ll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, designers, and trade partners to help plan, coordinate, and execute work in the field and the office.

This role offers broad exposure to the full construction process, with real responsibility and mentorship designed to help you grow. Whether your longterm goal is Project Management, Supervision, or another leadership path, youโ€™ll gain handson experience, strong technical foundations, and support along the way.

What Youโ€™ll DoProject Planning & Coordination
  • Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with daytoday project coordination and execution
  • Help develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating work across subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams
  • Participate in constructability reviews and site logistics planning to identify challenges early
  • Serve as a communication link between the field, designers, owners, and internal teams
  • Track progress, documentation, and coordination items using project management software
Field Support, Quality & Safety
  • Assist with reviewing work to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and Danis quality standards
  • Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for accuracy and completeness
  • Support layout verification and onsite coordination to resolve design or installation conflicts
  • Participate in safety meetings, audits, and preinstallation reviews
  • Help track inspections, testing, and quality documentation
Cost & Documentation
  • Assist with identifying, documenting, and tracking scope and cost changes
  • Maintain accurate project records, including RFIs, submittals, drawings, logs, and field reports
  • Support purchase order and change documentation
  • Participate in monthly project reviews and audits
Collaboration & Relationships
  • Build strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
  • Communicate clearly and proactively to keep teams aligned and issues moving toward resolution
  • Contribute to a jobsite culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and professionalism
  • Represent Danis with integrity onsite and within the industry

What You Bring
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 2โ€“5 years of construction experience with a general contractor (internship or fulltime)
  • Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills
  • A proactive, teamoriented mindset and interest in building a longterm career
Working Environment:
  • This role includes time spent in both the office and on active construction sites. Travel between regional offices may be required. Field work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and standard construction environments.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding, lift up to 50 pounds, remain on your feet for extended periods, and safely navigate active job sites.
Why Danis
  • Longterm career opportunities at a stable, thirdgeneration familyowned builder
  • Handson learning and mentorship supported by Danis University and experienced leaders
  • Exposure to diverse and technically challenging projects
  • Competitive compensation, profit sharing, and internal growth opportunities
  • A culture that values safety, quality craftsmanship, and doing things the right way

At Danis, weโ€™re building more than projects โ€” weโ€™re building careers, leaders, and communities.
