Responsibilities

  • Supportmonth-end,quarter-endandyearend closingactivities,includingvarianceanalysis, journal entries, and balancesheetreconciliations.

  • Assistwith cash management andanalysis.

  • Contribute to drafting and improving general accounting procedures including cash flow, fixedassets,and month-end modules.

  • Identifyopportunitiestoenhancetoolsandstreamlineprocesses.

  • Support the Accounts Receivable team with customer account analysis, reconciliations, follow-up on discrepancies, and the preparation of information related to past-due balances.

  • Assist the Accounts Payable team with invoice validation, supplier statement reconciliations, discrepancy analysis, and selected payment-cycle activities.

  • Collaborate on internal control and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives, including the documentation of key processes and controls, collection of audit evidence, execution of control testing, and monitoring of action plans arising from internal audit and external auditor recommendations.
