We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in a general contractors office. Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Learn documentation and help managers to issue to clients
  • Work with sub-contractor insurance paperwork
  • Perform all other office tasks
