Manage schedules, budgets, change-orders, submit RFI's. Requirements: Currently working on large commercial mechanical (hvac or plumbing) construction projects: plan-spec, design-build, design-bid-build projects, among others.
Large commercial project experience working on schools, hospitals, airports, highrises, hotels, stadiums, data centers, commercial buildings, among others. Plumbing, Pipefitting, or Sheet Metal Apprenticeship, Journeyman Program. Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or Construction Management.
