Job description

We are seeking a skilled Skilled Carpenter / Construction Technician to join our growing team. This position supports our pest control and property services operations by performing structural repairs and construction work related to homes and buildings.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and construction work related to pest damage and property maintenance
  • Build and repair patios, decks, roofing, fascia boards, eaves, and drywall
  • Assist with roof repairs and structural wood repairs
  • Complete light painting and finishing work
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding project progress
  • Maintain job sites safely and professionally

Qualifications

  • Experience in carpentry or general construction
  • Roofing repair experience is a plus
  • Experience repairing or building decks, patios, fascia boards, drywall, or roofing
  • Painting experience is a plus
