You meet these requirements:
  • Proven ability to drive positive results
  • Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to run great shifts
  • Demonstrated understanding of the business
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to pass)
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs., and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
