Express Employment Professionals is hiring 1st Shift Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Anderson, SC. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals with assembly experience who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

🗓️ Monday – Friday: 6AM – 2:00 PM

Pay:

💲 $15.00- $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products accurately while following specifications and work instructions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and product specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and other assembly equipment.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances.
  • Operate a forklift to move and transport materials.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product defects.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to improve production processes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of general assembly experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must live within a 50-mile radius of Anderson, SC.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts.
  • Basic math and written communication skills.
