Job Title: Assembler - First Shift 5am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday OT on some Fridays.

Job Description

The Cleanroom Technician manufactures high-quality air filters in a controlled cleanroom environment, following established production standards and safety procedures. This role involves precise assembly work, use of hand and power tools, and careful packaging to ensure products meet strict quality requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture air filters in a cleanroom environment according to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Assemble components accurately using hand tools and power tools while following detailed work instructions.
  • Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform packaging of finished air filters to protect product integrity during storage and shipment.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality and cleanliness requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with cleanroom protocols.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including proper handling of tools and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
  • Support overtime production needs on some Fridays as required by the business.

Essential Skills

  • Experience working in assembly or production environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment and follow strict cleanliness procedures.
  • Proficiency using hand tools safely and accurately.
  • Basic experience using power tools in a manufacturing or assembly setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
