Generator Supercenter of Lufkin is looking for results-driven Sales Representatives to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
โ€ข Running appointments with customers based on incoming leads.
โ€ข Visiting customer locations, analyzing customer needs, and putting a detailed proposal together.
โ€ข Negotiate and close the sale.
โ€ข Process order and provide office staff with all required documentation.
โ€ข Spend a certain amount of time managing displays at the big box stores and taking leads if needed.
โ€ข Following up on older leads as tracked within the company system.
โ€ข Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
โ€ข Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
โ€ข Outside Sales Reps are required to report into HQ throughout the week as needed.
Requirements:
โ€ข Highly motivated and target driven.
โ€ข Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
โ€ข Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
โ€ข Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
โ€ข Must have Valid TDL, Good Driving Record, Pass a Background Check and Reliable Transportation.
