Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate: $78 - $80/hr on W2

Our Client is seeking a Performance Marketing Strategy & Incentives Lead to support the evolution of a data-driven, experimentation-led marketing organization. This role will partner with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Operations teams to drive performance marketing initiatives through measurement, optimization, experimentation, reporting, and incentive program management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, experimentation frameworks, dashboard reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, SEO, digital advertising platforms, and data visualization tools is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the execution of Genentech's Marketing Incentives Program, including experiment evaluation, scoring, rankings, and reporting.
  • Evaluate optimization and experimentation submissions and provide leadership-ready recommendations for quarterly and annual awards.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance performance marketing dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Partner with marketing teams to improve experiment design, measurement methodologies, and optimization strategies.
  • Validate experiment submissions against established qualification, measurement, and statistical significance criteria.
  • Support A/B testing, geo-holdout testing, and other experimentation initiatives.
  • Manage recurring data ingestion, validation, quality assurance, and reporting processes across multiple marketing data sources.
  • Monitor data integrity, reporting timelines, and measurement governance standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Digital & Data Analytics, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent reporting methodologies.
  • Develop operational documentation, governance frameworks, process workflows, SOPs, and reporting playbooks.
  • Support annual recognition and awards programs through case study evaluations, scoring coordination, and leadership reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable marketing measurement solutions.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with campaign measurement.
