The Eberly College of Arts and Sciences at West Virginia University is currently inviting applications for Part-time Adjunct Teaching Positions in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology (https://soca.wvu.edu/) and the Women's and Gender Studies Program. (https://womensgenderstudies.wvu.edu/).
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in-person or online courses in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology or in the Women's and Gender Studies' Program. Generally, individuals with a doctoral degree are eligible to teach graduate or undergraduate courses; individuals with a master's degree are eligible to teach undergraduate courses.
Applications will be accepted throughout the year and will be considered as openings arise. Salary is established on a per-course basis.

Sociology and Anthropology:
The positions in sociology require a master's or doctoral degree in sociology or a closely related discipline.
The positions in anthropology and criminology require a master's or doctoral degree in sociology, anthropology, or a closely related discipline.
Women's and Gender Studies:
