Job Summary:
EchoStar is reimagining the future of connectivity, and they are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead device financing strategies for their Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands. This role involves defining and implementing financing programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the lifecycle of financial products to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Define, measure, and implement critical device financing program strategies across all retail wireless brands and channels to drive program adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Sales to build robust pricing models, establish departmental OKRs, and track product market success.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of device financing products, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness for both retail and enterprise customers.
• Query and analyze raw data using SQL and modern analytical platforms to deliver automated, executive-level reports on key performance indicators.
• Leverage generative AI productivity and data analysis tools to automate reporting workflows, identify portfolio anomalies, and streamline troubleshooting processes.
• Direct and mentor junior analysts on maintaining reporting portfolios, ensuring the timely distribution of updates and program implementations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in financial product management, telecom, or technology industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, executive-level strategic insights.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and present technical concepts to senior leadership.
• Proven capability to manage external partner and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms, timely funding, and alignment with field operations.
• Deep expertise in financial data systems, relational databases, and business intelligence reporting tools.
• High level of AI literacy with the ability to apply generative AI and automated workflows to optimize data processing and project management.
• Critical experience managing consumer financial products, subscription models, or device financing structures, preferably within the telecom or technology sectors.
