Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) is hiring energetic Personal Trainers/Coaches to lead our science-backed group workouts and help clients reach their goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Coach pre-designed group workouts (up to 36 clients)
  • Motivate clients and create a positive, high-energy environment
  • Ensure proper form and safety using heart-rate-based training
  • Offer exercise modifications for all fitness levels
What We’re Looking For
  • Passion for fitness and motivating others
  • Working knowledge of exercise science and technique
  • Fitness certification- must have one of the following: NASM, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA, ACE or ACSM
  • 1+ year of group fitness or personal training experience
