A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and enhance the systems that support operations, inventory, logistics, maintenance, reporting, and business analytics.

This individual will work directly with operational leaders to streamline processes, replace manual workflows, and develop scalable software solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making across the business.

This is an opportunity to own projects from concept through deployment while leveraging automation and AI technologies to solve real-world operational challenges.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain internal business applications and operational systems
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop tools for inventory management, production planning, job costing, and reporting
  • Create dashboards, alerts, and analytics that improve visibility across the organization
