Bilingual Insurance Agent

Join The Local GEICO office Sales Team and start building your tomorrow! GEICO has an exciting opportunity for bilingual individuals seeking a career in insurance.

We're looking for motivated and driven salespeople to work at our GEICO local office. Our office utilizes best in class, intuitive systems that help grow and retain clients who entrust their home, auto and many other insurance to us.

We encourage Bilinguals (Spanish + English) to apply!

Responsibilities

* Ask questions to determine customer needs

* Sell the value of GEICO by reviewing product features and benefits

* Follow up with customers in a timely manner

* Review motor vehicle reports and provide accurate rate and coverages

* Follow up on prospects and manage calendar appointments


Requirements

* Ability to overcome customer objections

* Driven by the desire to work in sales with a competitive spirit.

* Proven ability to be persuasive; persistent and confident.

* The desire to solve challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.

* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.

* A property and casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days. However, an insurance license is not required to apply or interview. (We'll train the right person!)
