Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Sales aptitude is a must.
  • UNLIMITED bonus earning potential.
  • Individual must be driven and willing to work in a competitive environment.
  • Assess client needs.
  • Bind and service policies.
  • All associates are expected to generate word of mouth referrals to help build a local referral network. The more you market yourself and the office, the more successful you'll be!
  • You will be assigned leads from customers that have already expressed an interest in a quote by contacting us either online or over the phone previously.
  • You will be required to have a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license for this position within the first 30 days of employment. Invest in your success!
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
  • Follow quality and procedural requirements.
  • This position is primarily a phone based position that will be handling incoming calls as needed and making at least 150-200 outgoing calls per day.
