Job description

Job Description Summary
GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator. Our purpose is to create a world where healthcare has no limits. Join us to turn ideas into world-changing realities where every voice matters and every difference builds a healthier world.
Job Description
Make a meaningful impact through innovation.
Are you passionate about operations and supply chain and eager to contribute to solutions that improve lives? At GE HealthCare, we're looking for individuals who bring curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. Join us in shaping the future of healthcare through operations and leadership development.
As a participant in the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in supply chain and operations. You'll gain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery.
Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of the supply chain, including:
  • Manufacturing Production Team Leadership - Lead a team and drive safety, performance, and delivery outcomes

  • Sourcing & Materials Management - Work in procurement, material flow, and supplier engagement

  • Technical Operations - Focus on lean, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering

  • Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) - Support site operations, compliance, and sustainability initiatives

You'll also benefit from structured training, mentorship, and leadership development to prepare you for a successful career at GE HealthCare.
Basic Qualifications
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027

  • Experience applying analytical and technical skills through coursework, projects, or internships

  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications
We value a wide range of experiences you may stand out if you have:
  • Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain

  • Strong academic performance demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply

  • Passion for a career in operations, supply chain, or EHS

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect across levels and functions

  • Experience applying Lean or continuous improvement principles

  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments

Why Join Us?
At GE HealthCare, we're building a healthier world - powered by operational excellence. As an OMLP participant, you'll be part of a global team that values innovation, inclusion, and integrity. Through hands-on rotations and leadership development, you'll gain the skills, experience, and support to grow into an operations leader - ready to drive impact across the healthcare supply chain.
We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and relocation assistance (if applicable), along with a culture that values care, collaboration, and continuous learning.
