Job Description SummaryAs a Global Sourcing Lead, you will be part of a team responsible for $250M in global electronic component spend. You will work with strategic business units, engineering and suppliers to negotiate and set category strategy and mutually achievable goals to drive business requirements.

  • Deliver KPIs acrossElectronics component categories(Logic, transistors, Power Supplies, Sensors , power devices, protection devices) covering cost productivity, payment terms, supply risk mitigation, contract coverage, and supplier base rationalization.

  • Should have strong knowledge of electronic components manufacturer globally

  • Leadannual negotiationswith key discrete suppliers, execute RFI/RFPs, and collaborate with engineering oncost-down, alternate sourcing, and design-to-value initiatives.

  • Develop and executecategory strategies for discrete technologies, aligning with GEHC Component Engineering ontechnology roadmaps, lifecycle management, and obsolescence mitigation.

  • Providemarket intelligence for discrete components(pricing trends, capacity shifts, lead time variability, raw material drivers) to enable proactive sourcing decisions.

  • Supportquality, regulatory, and fulfillment requirements, including supplier performance management, dual sourcing, and continuity planning.

  • Drive cross-functional execution acrossNPI, redesign programs, and global supply chain initiatives, ensuring scalability, compliance, and supply assurance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management

  • Minimum 5 years experience Sourcing electronic components/ strategy building/Supply chain
