Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP)

Join us in shaping the future of healthcare through operations and leadership development.

As a participant in the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in supply chain and operations. You'll gain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery. Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of the supply chain, including:

  • Manufacturing Production Team Leadership Lead a team and drive safety, performance, and delivery outcomes
  • Sourcing & Materials Management Work in procurement, material flow, and supplier engagement
  • Technical Operations Focus on lean, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering
  • Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Support site operations, compliance, and sustainability initiatives

You'll also benefit from structured training, mentorship, and leadership development to prepare you for a successful career at GE HealthCare.

Basic Qualifications

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
  • Experience applying analytical and technical skills through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain
  • Strong academic performance demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Passion for a career in operations, supply chain, or EHS
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect across levels and functions
  • Experience applying Lean or continuous improvement principles
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments
