Job description

We are looking for another neurologist to join our team at BluePearl North Dallas! The position is open to any board certified or board eligible candidates. New residency grads are welcome! We are a multispecialty, collaborative hospital with a strong focus on veterinary training programs. We are a long-established practice and the go-to choice for neurology in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We also provide care to many patients from surrounding states including Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Arizona. We have earned the reputation as the top neurology referral practice in the area. Our hospital has a 24-hour emergency service, Internal Medicine, and Oncology specialties, and are currently recruiting for both Surgery and Critical Care positions.

You would join a team of two other board-certified neurologists, two neurology residents (2nd and 3rd years), and one to two neurology specialty interns. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate interested in incorporating resident training and mentorship into their daily practice. In addition to our neurology house officers, the hospital also has an Internal Medicine resident (2nd year) and specialty intern and has multiple ER doctors enrolled in an ER specific training program (The Bluepearl emERge program).

Our hospital is equipped with an onsite GE 1.5 Tesla MRI, GE Lightspeed 64 slice CT scanner, Cadwell Sierra Summit electrodiagnostic machine (EMG, NCV, and EEG), onsite CSF analysis, and four surgical suites. We have a dedicated and experienced MRI technologist and full-time, dedicated neurology technicians. We also work closely with a local imaging center with board certified radiologists that provide echocardiogram, fluoroscopy, nuclear scintigraphy, and can perform perineural steroid injections. There are several referral options in DFW for radiation oncology cases as well.
