Who are we looking for?

GHD is seeking a Process Control Network (PCN) Coordinator to join the team in Questa, NM . This individual will be located in/near Questa, NM or willing to relocate. 

The PCN Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and supporting the site's industrial control systems, SCADA environment, PLC networks, instrumentation integration, cybersecurity compliance, and operational technology infrastructure supporting a wastewater treatment plant (WTP) and associated water collection systems.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Maintain and support plant PLCs, HMI systems, SCADA platforms, networking hardware, and OT infrastructure.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, backups, and recovery planning.

  • Troubleshoot communication issues between PLCs, remote I/O systems, instrumentation, and operator interfaces.

  • Support cybersecurity requirements associated with the Process Control Network.

  • Maintain control system documentation, network diagrams, and asset inventories.

  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, vendors, and automation contractors during system modifications.

  • Support calibration, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.

  • Assist with maintaining GE Digital, SCADA, historian, and reporting applications.

  • Ensure changes to control systems are managed through approved Management of Change procedures.

  • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years supporting industrial automation systems.

  • Experience with PLCs, SCADA, industrial networking, and instrumentation.

  • Experience in water treatment, mining, power generation, or process industries.

  • Familiarity with OT cybersecurity programs and ISA/IEC 62443 principles.
